  This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered half pint of dark fruit cider, but the bartender gave me half a regular cider instead. She admitted the mistake straight away and asked if she could just add blackcurrant to it to fix it. I declined and politely asked for the correct drink I had originally ordered. She refused to replace it, which was incredibly frustrating. After 5 minutes of back and two, a kind customer next to me stepped in and offered to pay for the drink she had poured in error . There was no apology, no empathy—just a rude and dismissive attitude throughout. It was £1.60, just do what’s right and give the customer what they asked for!

  Don't go here you'll be accused of doing drugs (cocaine) if you go to the toilet and use a booth. Make it out that someone said you were just when you've been for a piss. Then told rudely to get outside by staff and made to do a drug test by security. Completely night ruining and embarrassing. This was for a quiet birthday celebration mind you. No apologies and told i could come back in.. why would i want to. Definitely would avoid in future, you don't deserve custom. Sort your staff and security out

  We visited this pub when travelling through Crewe as we wanted to watch the football. The staff asked us which area we would like to sit in and put our requested match on the nearest screen. The pub was nice and warm and clean. The young lady who served us at the bar was very friendly and helpful. If we lived in Crewe would be happy to have this as a local.

  Speluna..! Nagrywałem filmik jak się bawią to właściciel podszedł do mnie i zabrał bezczelnie telefon i usunął nagranie oraz wyprosił mnie z lokalu...Beszczelne typy...(również właścicielka przy tym była). Skąd miałem wiedzieć że nie wolno nagrywać ani zdj.robić jeżeli nie ma żadnych informacji...i tak im tłumaczyłem ale to Angielskie łby...
